 In many ways these are tough times we live in. I know a generation older than myself certainly believes that it’s harder for youngster today then it was for them and that there aren’t the same opportunities but at least we’re not in the trenches like many young men and male teenagers had to endure during The Great War. And this is how to try and feel positive when it’s all gone wrong and the rug has been pulled out from your feet. You’ve just got to get on with it. It’s easy to say isn’t it, get up brush yourself off and try again. But it’s true. A positive outlook can overcome many things; it’s your self and self perception that prohibits progress. There are some tips to help you achieve this through difficult times.

Where can anyone find 15 minutes when there is so much to do in a day?  I’m a mom with a newborn and a toddler.  Last night, as I am sitting around having dinner with 7 other Stay-At-Home Moms to hear what their frustrations are with motherhood.  It came to me that we really need a quick 15 minutes of doing something for ourselves without going into complete overload or boredom of the same chores every day.  My husband travels a lot and I become a single mom with kids most of the time.

Are you struggling with stretch marks? While its most common for women after a pregnancy it can hit anyone. Miscarriage is the name given to losing a pregnancy before the 20th week. It can happen out of a variety of reasons and it is assumed to be very frequent. Miscarriages that happen in a couple of weeks from conception are often not noticed by women who mistake them with a late period. Miscarriage can be of several types. There is the threatened miscarriage (in most of the cases everything goes well), the inevitable miscarriage (continuous bleeding of the uterus that cant be stop and eventually leads to lost pregnancy) and delayed miscarriage (the fetus has no vital signs).
